At an exclusive Event, held within the final fit out of Gastronomy and Wellness of ARARAT – The Signature Collection, members of the Cypriot media were invited to experience a first glimpse into what promises to become a new landmark in the city.
For two hours, guests were immersed in a destination, built around contemporary elegance, elevated gastronomy, and a holistic approach to wellbeing. A universe, designed to redefine lifestyle through a seamless fusion of luxury accommodation, fine dining, and wellness.
The journey began at the outdoor pool area and guests were offered a close-up view of a bold vision in progress, exploring the project's culinary identity, architectural philosophy, and design direction. A highlight of the evening was a personal welcome from internationally renowned Chef Reto Mathis, famed for his work in St. Moritz, Switzerland, and collaborations with global luminaries. With his signature warmth, Mr. Mathis shared his culinary vision for ARARAT and the inspiration behind its gastronomic soul.
Following his remarks, one of the founders of CDA Group, Mr. David Petrossian, took the stage, to extend a heartfelt welcome. He spoke about the company’s deep-rooted connection to Cyprus, the significance of the name ARARAT, and the values that guide every facet of the project – from concept to experience.

With exclusive treatments, partnerships with leading skincare brands and state-of-the-art technologies such as the Zerobody Dry Float, Cryosauna, Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment and Soprano Ice Titanium, the ARARAT wellness experience promises deep regeneration and self-care. A gym, tennis court, and outdoor pool, complete the offering – curating an immersive journey of calmness, energy, and renewal.

The Event was accompanied by Champagne and Chef Reto Mathis’ famous truffles pizza – a first delicious taste of what’s to be expected. Among the guests, there was a shared sense of recognition: something extraordinary is being created.
