
Cyprus inflation rate far outpaces EU average at 4.4 per cent in July
Cyprus recorded annual inflation of 4.4 per cent in July 2026, placing it among the countries with the highest price increases in the European Union, according to figures released on Wednesday by both the Cyprus Statistical Service (Cystat) and Eurostat .
The Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) rose by 4.4 per cent compared with July 2025
