Cypriot Australian writer and performer Koraly Dimitriadis has been named a finalist in the short stories category of the American Book Fest Fiction Awards in Los Angeles for her debut collection The Mother Must Die .
The collection has strong links to Cyprus, where it was launched in 2025 with the support of the deputy culture ministry.
