
International Maritime Organisation (IMO) secretary-general Arsenio Dominguez has warned that there is “ No commercial or operational consideration ” that can justify exposing seafarers to serious danger, amid concerns over vessels continuing to transit the Strait of Hormuz without credible security guarantees.
