
Reservoirs across the island reached about 38 per cent of capacity on Monday – a marked increase on the same time last year.
Overall, the dams are now 37.9 per cent full, corresponding to 110 million cubic metres of water .
At the same time last year, the dams held 23.6 per cent of capacity.
Water continues to flow into the reservoirs, following the rains of the past few days.
