A 41-year-old pedestrian was killed on Easter Sunday night after being struck by a passing taxi in Limassol.
Police said the victim, Oleh Deilyk, was a Ukrainian national living in Cyprus under temporary protection status and residing near the scene of the collision.
According to the police, the accident occurred at around 9.45pm on Griva Digeni street in the Ayios Nikolaos area.
