Making its comeback this year is the long-standing Buffer Fringe Performing Arts Festival, which after ten consecutive editions, adopted a biennial format. This October 2-4, Nicosia will welcome back the event and an Open Call is now accepting proposals from artists.
In 2023, the festival changed gears and announce it would take place every two years. The decision was taken to reflect its role as an intercommunal festival in Nicosia.
