A German real estate agent accused of usurping Greek Cypriot properties in the north will remain in custody after the appeals court ruled on Monday to dismiss her challenge against a detention order.
In a unanimous decision, the court ruled that no violations had been identified which would justify overturning the original ruling, confirming that the court of first instance’s decision to continue detention remains in force.
