The National Council is convening on Monday to review President Nikos Christodoulides’ recent trip to Brussels.
Government spokesman Konstantinos Letymbiotis said Christodoulides was expected to inform the Council members about the outcome of his meetings in Brussels last week, on the sidelines of the European Council.
As part of his Brussels visit, Christodoulides met with UN secretary-general Antonio Guterres and European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen.
