Members of the police special investigation team carried out a search at the road transport department’s offices on Tuesday to collect files and evidence related to the Takata airbags that failed to save Kyriakos Oxinos , and Styliani Gioryallis in respective car accidents.
Speaking to Alpha TV, deputy police spokesperson, Christodoulos Konsolos, described the case as “very serious and multidimensional ” and said a careful and comprehensive investigation is required.
