Following the Limassol Grand Parade, City Friends Club led a large-scale post-carnival cleanup along Arch. Makariou III Avenue, mobilising hundreds of volunteers to help make the celebration more eco-responsible.
Working together with municipal services, a team of over 500 City Friends Club volunteers focused on collecting specific types of recyclable waste during the cleanup. These included PMD (plastics, metals, and drink cartons) and sprays, which were sorted before municipal services
