The case file concerning the suspended mayor of Paphos, Phedonas Phedonos , was returned to the legal service by police headquarters on Friday following the completion of investigative work.
The file relates to a complaint of an alleged rape and will now be studied and evaluated before any further actions are decided.
The file was initially forwarded to the legal service on February 26 and later returned to the police
