I am writing to you today to complain about the practices of mukhtari regarding the fees charged for official stamps. I am concerned about the lack of transparency and consistency surrounding these charges, and I believe this issue warrants public attention.
My specific concern is of one specific mukhtar in Nicosia charges a fee of €10 per stamp to both foreigners and young Cypriots, often without providing any official receipt.
