Purpose of the position The Floor and Public Areas Supervisor supervises and supports the smooth day-to-day running of Housekeeping guest rooms and public areas. The role focuses on delivering the highest possible standards of service to all hotel guests (internal and external), through effective leadership of the team, and the management of departmental resources, equipment and provisions.
