Job Title: Technician A – Plumber Department: Maintenance Reports to: Director of Technical Services SUMMARY OF FUNCTION Oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment such as centralized heating, gas, water, and steam systems. DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES Fix plumbing problems such as unclogging drains. Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings. Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air to detect and locate leaks. Review blueprints, building codes, and specifications.
