Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with the chef regarding the daily menu and any menu changes
- Know the restaurant menu thoroughly, as well as the spirits list
- Organize your station and coordinate with other waiters on supervising the workplace
- Coordinate with the waiter’s assistant on how to organize and share tasks
