Job Responsibilities
- Reception duties
- Answer phone calls
- Welcome guests and guide them to the conference room
- Receive deliveries of goods
- Office administration
- Billing
- Issue invoices and credit notes, as instructed by the Company Directors and Account Managers
- Receive and post customer payments
- Generate statements of account for customers upon request
- Maintain the petty cash expenses fund and track small outlays
- Coordinate
- Billing
