SOUS CHEF
Tasks:
- In charge of the kitchen when in the absence of the Head Chef
- Coordinating the kitchen operation with other cooks and chefs
The candidates should have:
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Previous experiene in 4 or 5 star hotels in relevant position.
- An all-rounder with experience both in a la carte
