We are looking for Junior IT Support officer, to provide a wide array of IT services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support services to the Group’s users and shops in Nicosia
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user problems (e.g., login errors, printer issues, Outlook, Wi-Fi)
- Run and handle the Group’s core business applications, such as its ERP, POS, and mobile sales platforms
- Support routine maintenance of IT equipment (cleaning, updates, replacements)
