Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats according to specifications
- Prepare portion-controlled cuts for restaurants and banquet
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and rotation of all meat products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation
