
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to management
- Handle phone calls and emails
- Maintain and organise records, invoices and documentation
- Record transactions, including invoices, receipts and bank entries
- Provide support to the accounting department
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Very good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent knowledge of Greek (written and spoken)
