
A boutique law firm is seeking a part-time legal secretary to provide administrative and operational support to its solicitors.
Key responsibilities
-Audio/copy typing and preparation of legal documents
-Diary and appointment management
-Client liaison and handling correspondence
-Liaising with governmental and regulatory authorities and handling day-to-day filings, submissions, and follow-ups
-File management and general office administration
Requirements
-Previous legal secretarial or administrative experience preferred
-Highly organised, reliable, and able to
